SigReduce open-core
The open-source strategic foundation beneath Cloak Harbor. We open the schema and the science — never a scraper.
The wedge
SigReduce is an open-core project: a shared, inspectable contract for representing exposure and reasoning about risk. By standardizing the exposure object, evidence model and risk taxonomy, defenders can collaborate without building yet another personal-data scraper.

Risk rubric
The scoring rubric is open and deterministic. Version sigreduce-rubric-0.3-demo weights the following dimensions:
| Dimension | Weight |
|---|---|
| Severity | 22% |
| Confidence | 12% |
| Physical proximity | 18% |
| Fraud utility | 14% |
| Family exposure | 12% |
| Social-engineering leverage | 12% |
| Recurrence likelihood | 10% |
What we will not open-source
We will not publish a personal-data scraper, live people-search crawler, or any tooling whose primary purpose is locating private individuals. The open project is the schema, evidence model, risk model, synthetic dataset and the authorized workflow engine.
