Intake & consent scope
Create an authorized local profile, keep sensitive identifiers redacted, and use this page as the current self-case consent boundary.
Step 1 of 12
Welcome & responsible use
Cloak Harbor runs Personal Exposure Defense as a governed, evidence-first workflow. With a valid server-side PLATPHORM_API_KEY plus Postgres, local or Vercel deployments can save an authorized self-case workload and then run protected platform scans from management.
What we will not do
- We never stalk, dox, harass, or impersonate.
- We never scan people or sources outside the authorized scope.
- We never submit takedowns automatically.
- We never send communications without your approval.

Jurisdiction & scope
- Public views show redacted counts for authorized-local profiles. Protected raw profile reads stay behind PLATPHORM_API_KEY.
- This page reads from the principal-store, so a self-case workload changes the visible current principal without editing fixtures.
- Any external remediation remains gated by report/action handoff routes and protected intent logging.
Operator confirmations
Required before any action packet can be generated
- I confirm this case uses synthetic or authorized/redacted data.
- I understand no external notices will be submitted without human approval.
These confirmations are enforced again at the action-packet stage. No external notice leaves the system without explicit human approval.
